1. Teal Organizations
The Teal Organizations stand out for their self-management, they operate efficiently following a system very far from any hierarchy. Everything is based on relationships between peers, even when making decisions. In case of having to make an important decision, it is consulted to the main affected. In addition, the Teal Organizations value their workers as a whole , and not simply as a set of knowledge and skills .
In addition, if there is something that differentiates these Teal Organizations from the classical forms of organization, they seek to adapt to the changes that are taking place. They do not want to have a development independently without considering what can happen around them. They listen to their clients and audience and evolve in such a way that they can meet the needs they have.
2. Holocracy
In holocracy, authority and decision making are distributed horizontally, without hierarchy . The model has been adopted by many organizations in the world. Each member is autonomous and self-sufficient but at the same time it depends on the whole that makes up together with the other members of the organization. This form of organization has its origin in the company Ternary Software and its principles can be found in the Holocracy Constitution of 2010.
3. Sociocracy
Although the origin of the concept is from the beginning of the 19th century, the form of organization is later. It is essentially based on three rules: the interests of all members are taken into account and each member submits to the interests of the community ; decisions are only made if all members accept it; and all members must be willing to act according to unanimous decisions.
4. Flat organizations
It is only applicable to small organizations. This model proposes a decentralized decision-making process in which all workers participate . The success of this organization depends above all on the ability to maintain a closer and personal relationship between workers and managers.
5. Deliberate Development Organization
This form of organization promotes a "culture of all" and therefore each member of the organization receives support from the company in personal development. The important thing for these organizations is that their members reach the maximum personal development to achieve the success of the company.
